Multidimensional Measurement of Poverty Among Employed Women in Antalya

The aim of this study is to identify the poverty levels “employed women” living in 5 central districts Antalya and are among disadvantaged groups with a measurement method that includes social dimensions. Poverty measured by using Alkire-Foster (multidimensional index) rather than monetary indicators such as incomeconsumption expenditure taking socioeconomic education, health, physical structure household into account. To put it another way, multidimensional approach eliminates deficiencies measures explaining welfare. For purpose, field conducted through face-toface survey 400 employed married women September 2020 forms basis for analysis. 27 representing dimensions structure, employment, income, empowerment, assistance, migration, security, inclusion, without feeling embarrassed, used order reveal working women.
